Primary point of contact for GOBHI members and Providers to resolve issues and grievances related to Oregon Health Plan services. Work collaboratively to ensure Provider services are appropriately implemented in accord with contractual and regulatory obligations. Utilize clinical and systemic knowledge to support the GOBHI Provider network.
· Conduct site reviews, analyze data, provide reports, and track action items. Provide training, technical support and consultation to providers.
· Masters Degree in Psychology, Social services or related field is required
· MSW highly desired
· 5+ years licensed professional is preferred
· Experience in rural community mental health service delivery is preferred
· Requires travel within service delivery area and some out of service area trave - includes overnight stays
